Pride Bi is Back!
Alongside our community partners at WKBW, RISE Fitness Studio, and Picasso’s Pizza, join us as we run, bike, and support GLYS WNY for our second annual Pride-Bi!
In-person participants of the Pride Bi(athlon) run a 5K and complete a 10 mile stationary bike ride outside RISE Fitness Studio: half of the participants will begin the day running the 5K, while the other half bikes their 10 miles -- then switch! The 5K route will be mapped and provided to participants before the race, and in the event of rain bikes will be moved inside
It takes about 30-40 minutes to run the 5k, and 40-60 minutes to complete 10 miles on the bike--stick around after all our events have been completed for a complementary lunch courtesy of Picasso's Pizza! (12:30-1:30 PM)
Virtual participants are welcome to run and ride their own course at their own pace!
