GLYS offers affirming programs and education that supports LGBTQ+ youth, their families, schools, and the broader community. Our work is rooted in safety, connection, and meeting people where they are.
Youth Programs
Timothy J. Moran Drop in Center
A welcoming, low-barrier space where LGBTQ+ you can connect with peers, access support, and show up as their full selves in a sage and affirming environment
Trans Youth Support Group
A peer support group specifically for trans and gender-diverse youth to build community, share experiences, and receive affirmation
Pathways
In partnership with BestSelf Behavioral Health and designed to provide a coordinated connected care network for TGNCNB youth and their families. Care is coordinated by a dedicated, full-time case manager.
Parent/Caregiver of Trans Youth
Support Group
A supportive space for parents and caregivers of trans and gender-diverse youth to learn, ask questions, and connect with other on similar journeys
Schools & Community Programs
GSA Support for Schools
Support for school based Gender & Sexuality Alliances (GSAs), including consultation, resources, and guidance to help create safer and more Inclusive school environments
Trainings & Community Presentations
Educational workshops and presentations for schools, organizations, and community groups focused on LGBTQ+ identities, inclusion and best practices for support.

Our programs primarily serve LGBTQ+ Youth and young adults, as well as their families, educators, and community members across Western New York. Availability may vary by program and time of year
