Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship for Lesbians - Founded by Peggy Traub and Phyllis Dicker, the Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship is awarded is to women all over the United States who demonstrate leadership, academic achievement, and an interest in social change. Typically, several winners are chosen each year and awarded scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $3,000. In 2012, six women received a Traub-Dicker Rainbow Scholarship, including local awardee Oraia Reid, a 2012 Point Foundation Scholar and the former Executive Director of RightRides for Women’s Safety.
